Refunds and Returns
Unfortunately, no refunds or returns are allowed for any Bentwood Rings that are sold, due to the time and effort that is put into each custom order. They are made exactly to the customers size and design specifications, and it is the duty of the customer to provide accurate information when purchasing a ring.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
